TBD US41 Nestoria Herman 125A - This 125 acre parcel along US-41 in Nestoria is very unique! It's triangular in shape, bounded by US-41 on the south, the rail road to the North, and the Herman Nestoria Road and an adjacent parcel to the west. A great spot to build a cabin would be right off the Herman Nestoria Road just north of US-41. The parcel is actually on both sides of the road there. And, you're only 10 miles from downtown Michigamme. The boundaries of the parcel are ribboned with spruce and tamarack trees. Most of the parcel inside the boundary trees is a lower, peat bog. As such, it does afford great, long distance views over the parcel. Make this parcel a great place to hunt and hike. And, extend the hunting by venturing on to hundreds of surrounding CFR and State of MI land. The rail road crosses under US-41 in an underpass, giving wildlife a safe way to cross the highway. There is a creek at the very north corner of the parcel.
