TBD US41 S Nestoria 125A - This 125 acre m/l CFR parcel is bounded by US-41 on the north and the flowage of the Lateral Creek and State of MI land to the south. This parcel would make a great hunting parcel for deer and waterfowl. The land is higher and dry along the highway and into the parcel for maybe 100 yards. It then slopes down into a bog that runs across the property until it hits a ridge just north of the Lateral Creek on the property's south end.
