These owners feature beer and wines, including take out, but not liquor, even though their license allows for that. A bar could be added through the middle and not disturb the dinner seating. A productive garden in back produces some of the food used in the all home made entrees and desserts that the Haywire is famous for. Business is good and the positive reviews (check Trip Advisor) attest to that. It is located between Manistique and Munising, 5 miles south of Shingleton and right on snowmoble trail 410, 2 miles from the Haywire Grade the restaurant is named for.
