Professional Background

Ann's real estate career started in 1992 with leasing associate for a large apartment community in Ann Arbor, MI.  She transfered to St. Petersburg, Florida in 1995 where she was the assistant property manager for a 1500 unit property.  In 1996 she became the company's Sr. Trainer for their leasing staff.  2006 Ann joined the Coldwell Banker AJS Schmidt team of Realtors.
