Last night was my three year aniversary to my awesome wife April. We went out to dinner at Amical in Traverse City and it did not disappoint. I ordered a glass of Le Grand Noir (France) and it was fantastic. For dinner I had a bowl of French Onion and a Chicken Cesar Salad. April had the Amical Salad and the Mediterranean Chicken Linguine. Everything was fresh and delicious. We sat on the front patio where the service was great.
We also spent the entire weekend on Glen Lake and in Glen Arbor. Friday we stayed at Maple Lane Resort on Little Glen Lake. I have attended two bachelor parties here in the past. It is a great Good Dunes the "Most Beautiful Place in America." We went out to eat at Art's and the Western Avenue Grill in Glen Arbor. Both were really fun and did not cost an arm and a leg. On Sat and Sun nights we rented a house on the other side of the narrows on Little Glen Lake. My sister in law and her boyfriend Aaron came out with four kids and had a blast tubing, grilling, paddleboarding, and kayaking. It was a cold weekend but, we made the best of it.
I have had some good activity on my home (three recent showings) and have a couple of new listings (a spec. home in Long Lake Township and bank owned home in South Creek). The Benzie Office has been cranking recently and we look forward to a successful rest of 2011.
