My Home in Northern Michigan
I have been a resident of Northern Michigan since 1975. I attended and graduated from Central Michigan University in 1986 with a bachelor of Science degree and went to work at Treetops Resort as Group Sales Manager in the Sales and Marketing Department.
I became a licensed Realtor® with Coldwell Banker Schmidt Realtors® in 2000. In 2004 I completed the Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI)and became the Managing Associate Broker of the Coldwell Banker Gaylord and Michaywe' Offices. In our market you have to sell all types of properties, but I have a focus on commercial real estate. Northern Michigan is a beautiful place to live, work and play!

Professional Background
After spending 15 years in the Sales anad Marketing department at Treetops Resort in Gaylord I became a licensed Realtor with Coldwell Banker Schmidt Realtors. I obtained my Brokers License in just 3 years and became the Branch Manager in Gaylord in 2004.
My focus on Commercial Real Estate has been very rewarding and in 2007 I was involved in more Commercial transactions than any other broker in the Water Wonderland Board of Realtors in the Gaylord Market.
