A Carmel, California native, Bill's childhood summers on Crooked Lake created a drive to live here full time and truly invest in the Up-North community. His deep roots in Emmet County have only grown with the years.

Bill graduated from Boston College and earned a master's of Business Administration from Xavier University. He discovered a passion for life on the water at an early age and now lives on the shores of Crooked Lake with his wife, Alisa, and their children: a daughter, Evelyn, and twins, Max and Wesleigh. He has served his community with the Rotary Club of Petoskey, Habitat for Humanity, and the Petoskey Chamber of Commerce. Bill's experience growing up as a summer resident transitioning to a full-time local lends him a unique perspective when guiding your home sale or purchase. He possesses firsthand knowledge of the seasonal market, using its ebbs and flows to your full advantage, and considers it an honor to be a part of your Michigan story.

When he is not working, Bill enjoys staying active with sailing, running, and snowboarding.
