Who I am...

I have enjoyed living in Traverse City on Old Mission Peninsula for 25 years and continue to be amazed at the vast areas of beauty that surround us and the wonderful lifestyle of this truly unique area of Northern Michigan.  With my enthusiasm of the area and my local expertise,  I wish to share my  first hand experiences to assist you in selling or buying real estate in Northern Michigan.  With 20 years of personal real estate experience and a background in marketing new construction of architecturally designed homes, waterfront homes, and site condominium developments,  I look forward to providing you with professional service throughout the buying or selling process.

Over pricing a home is one of the most common and risky mistakes made and its effects are often irreversible. I strongly believe in providing you with the "sweet spot" in pricing your home which requires a thorough analysis of the market including comparing recent home sales of similar properties and making adjustments based on both the positive and negative attributes of your home. When a home is priced right , it often receives multiple offers and sells in days, not months.  This is why I spend a great deal of time investigating, calculating and analyzing data to establish the right listing price for  your home.
