Getting Started
Most likely you are here to find information on real estate in West Michigan. You don't need to look any further. We have everyone's listing. It may take a bit to get started but keep reading about how to navigate the site. You will be glad you did.
- If you have an Address, enter the information on the right side under Property Quick Search. Enter only the street number and name. Sometimes you will need to add N S E or W. Not sure why, but that is how it seems to work sometimes.
- Or, Enter your Price Range, Number of Bedrooms, Square Footage of Home, Property Type, or School District, or click any appropriate boxes for Specialty Properties and then click
- To view listings in a particular area, Click on "AREA PROPERTIES" under my picture. This will bring up a map. As you can see, we have everyones listings. Click on the map and drag the area you are interested in to the center of the map. Then click on the + sign to zoom in on to the specific area you are interested in. It will go back to the default if you click on the 4 arrows pointing in all directions.
Viewing Listings
Now that you have found some listings that interest you, you have several options.
The listings that match your search will show up as a single picture under the map. Click on the picture and the listing will appear on the right.
- To see more pictures, click on View Property Showcase at the bottom of this picture.
- Click Property Details to see more information.
- You can also Request More Information, Request A Showing, Print A Brochure, Create An Account and save your favorite listings to you account, as well as email the listing to someone else to see.
- Select To Compare will allow you to select several listings and compare them all side by side.
- Use the Reset Button to back up. For some reason your browsers Back Button will take you back to the beginning.
Of course, another option is to use one of the features in the upper right of the page. Call me on my Direct Line or Cell Phone, or send me an email at MailTo:Brent@LinkRealtor.com and I will be happy to assit you.

Professional Background
I have worked the residential and commercial building industry since 1973. I feel that knowing how that home or commercial building was built is an advantage to you, as a Buyer. I see things that a lot of people miss. I am also used to long hours of hard work and sometimes that is what it takes to get your home SOLD! Or to get you into your New Home!
I proud to be a 3rd generation Realtor as I am following in my father and grand father's footstep selling real estate here in West Michigan. I am looking forward to working for you.
Professional Interests
I have attained my At Home With Diversity and e-Pro Certification as well as my CRS Designation. This year I plan on beginning my training with Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). I enjoy applying myself to new challenges and learning as much as I can
You may not know what all of this means but what it boils down to is that I am taking extra classes to educate myself to serve you better.
My Favorite LINKs
Cindy & I have been married for more than 34 years. We have 3 Children and 2 Grandchildren. I grew up in the Muskegon area and know it very well. In my free time, I enjoy raising horses and mules as well as canoeing and power boating with my family and friends in this beautiful area that we live in.
Personal Interests
In 2000 my great uncle gave me a copy of his life story just before he passed away. In it he referred to his grandpa as Grandpa Long. He also talked about crossing Kansas in a covered wagon and seeing Indians and Buffaloe herds. I was intriged. I had a few friends interested in Genealogy so I asked for a little help and got hooked. Since Cindy and I have tracked down our Great Great Grandparents on both sides of our family and several generations beyond with some lines.
