My Favorite LINKs

Cindy & I have been married for more than 36 years. We have 3 Children and 2 Grandchildren. I grew up in the Muskegon area and know it very well. In my free time, I enjoy raising horses and mules as well as canoeing and power boating with my family and friends in this beautiful area that we live in.


Personal Interests

In 2000 my great uncle gave me a copy of his life story just before he passed away. In it he referred to his grandpa as Grandpa Long. He also talked about crossing Kansas in a covered wagon and seeing Indians and Buffaloe herds. I was intriged. I had a few friends interested in Genealogy so I asked for a little help and got hooked. Since Cindy and I have tracked down our Great Great Grandparents on both sides of our family and several generations beyond with some lines.


Community Involvement

I have been involved with Pathfinders, which is our church youth group, for over 15 years. I enjoy teaching, camping, and working with the youth.
