Professional Interests

I'm currently involved with the Gov. Affairs committee at the West Michigan Association of Realtors for over 5 years where I am currently serving as the chairman.  Being chair of this committee gives me up to date information on how future state and federal laws can affect the buying or selling of real estate.  Such information as House Bill 42.15 that the State of Michigan just enacted which will allow a homeowner to claim two properties under the homestead exemption under certain circumstances.  This is one of many very important issues that allows me to service my clients better.
