Welcome to my Website

For the past 20 years, Bruce Wackernagel has served his clients' needs working in Northern Muskegon and Southern Oceana counties. An avid sportsman with a love for the outdoors Bruce has connected with a cliental that shares his enthusiasm for the West Michigan Shoreline and all that it has to offer. He is an associate broker, a graduate of Muskegon Community College, and holds a GRI certificate from the Michigan Association or REALTORS. His extensive experience ensures the importance of good customer service and solid investment advice in the real estate industry. He understands the importance of his clients' real estate goals, and works hard to help them achieve their real estate dreams.

Bruce came to Coldwell Banker from Vollmer Realty, where he has enjoyed working with many clients that have become dear friends over the years. He has lived along the lakeshore his entire life and is ready to use his knowledge of the community, his professional experience and industry resources to assist with any home purchase or sale, land acquisition or real estate purchase.

Personal Background

I never thought that growing up on a dairy farm would be the beginning of a career in selling real estate. My love for the land and the change of seasons along with my love for the outdoors I believe is why I chose a career in the real estate business. It is a perfect job. I love to hunt, fish, ski, and sail and talk to people who love to do the same. West Michigan is one of the prettiest areas in the world, and I just love being here, and working with people who appreciate the area too!

Professional Background

I learned the real estate "trade" from a dear old friend who has since passed away. He was buying and selling land and homes back in the late 50's when I was hanging on my mother's apron strings. He would just love to buy waterfront properties. Lakes, rivers, creeks, swamps you name it, anything that had trees and water. My professional background was taught to me with a "hands on" approach. I firmly believe that you cannot help others invest unless you invest yourself. Since my early years of learning the real estate business I have bought and sold properties all over west Michigan. My formal background in real estate came Muskegon Communtiy college where I earned an associates in arts degree, and from the West Michigan Association of Realtors where I earned my GRI designation.

Professional Interests

My professional interests are helping people invest. Buying a home or investment real estate is a big decision, and one that should not be made lightly.  Buying a home is typically the biggest investment that most people will ever make, and a poor choice of investment can affect you for years to come. Real estate can and will make you money, and will give you years of enjoyment if you know what you are doing when you buy. I will provide you with years of personal investment experience.

Education

Associates in arts degree Muskegon Community College. GRI certification Michigan Association or Realtors. Associate Broker. State of Michigan
