She has been full time in her real estate career for the last 21 years and has had the opportunity to work with many top sales agents in the United Sates, allowing Cheryl to have a strong direction with her own business. During this time she also obtained her Brokers license. She is married to Todd Subka and they have two beautiful daughters. Todd is originally from Stevensville, Michigan. Today, she is still full time in real estate sales and is also the sales manager at Coldwell Banker Woodland Schmidt. Cheryl takes her business to heart and wants to teach others what she has learned over the years about being a good agent and treating all your clients as if they are one of the family.

I have lived in the Muskegon area all my life. I am a 1991 Fruitport High School Graduate.
Through my 21 years of being a licensed salesperson I have worked the Kent, Oceana, Newaygo, Ottawa and Muskegon Counties. I also have invested in real estate over the years and manage six of my own rental units.
When not working; I enjoy being with my family, friends, traveling, bowling, biking and golfing.
