I enjoy every season at the Holland State Park beach, sunsets year around are beautiful. Bike paths pave the way from Lake Macatawa to Grand Haven, Michigan.
Boating, fishing, golfing, biking, hiking and cross country skiing are some of my favorite things to enjoy with friends and family in western Michigan.
Antiques, quaint shops, parades, family night on Thursday evenings during the summer grace our beautiful and historic 8th Street in downtown Holland. There are over 300 restaurants in the Holland and surrounding area.
Be sure to shop for your fresh produce and plants for your garden at the Holland Farmers market from May through October.
Winter festivals and Art in the Park are held annually at Centennial Park and with local artist's work displayed for sale.
Grand Rapids, Michigan is only 30 minutes east which boasts many restaurants, bars, museums, hotels. Grand Rapids is the beer capital of America. Many local brewers are located in Holland and Grand Rapids.
