     I have been a resident of northern Michigan all of my life and have lived in Gaylord for the past 30 years.  My affiliation with Coldwell Banker Schmidt Realtors for the past several years, has provided me the opportunity to become a top producer at Coldwell Banker and within our real estate board.

    As a real estate professional I welcome the challenge from my customers and clients to assist them in locating that "special property".   Earning the Accredited Buyer Representative designation, (ABR)  provided me with additional knowledge to assist and represent buyers with their needs.  Also specializing in commercial and business properties, I can assist in finding that special property.
