My experience includes, however not limited to, a 20+ year background in the field of finance (mortgage, commercial, consumer, loans guaranteed by the US Small Business Administration, construction) and selling real estate.

 I have a reputation of being a problem solver and possess proven excellent negotiation skills.  These skills  when exercised, contribute to maintaining a satisfied client data base for years to come.

Personal Interests

My passion is and has always been in the equine (horse) industry.  I personally own three horses and live to ride.  I actively participated in the show circuit for about 10 years. Currently as a certified behavioral trainer, in my free time,  I assist young children in the proper way to ride in hunter jumper, dressage and western pleasure disciplines. I ride as often as possible, mostly trail , with my horse friends.

I enjoy meeting new people and listening to their life experiences.  I look forward to making new friends and building a quality pipeline of customers.

 

Community Involvement

I am seeking just causes in the immediate area to particpate in.  As I meet new people, I am convinced I will find one to focus on.

In the meantime, I assist in church activities when needed.

 I am an active participant in the Michigan Board of REALTORS.  I will be continuing my education in the field of real estate to provide up to date information to assist you to the best of my ability.

Personal Background

I was born and raised in Shelby, Michigan however, left in 1972 bound for career challenges in Las Vegas, Nevada.  Returned to Shelby in 1999, built a house and created a horse ranch environment which is where I live to date.
