My preference is first time home buyers! Nothing is more satisfying than seeing the faces of first time home buyers when they get the keys to that first house. Normally this involves their proud parents and grandparents,as well as other family members.What a joy!
The other preference in real estate is taking on the house that won't sell and proving the world wrong. I love taking on the unsellable and making it sell!!! The marketing tools I utilize have yet to fail me. Sometimes it takes longer than one would like,but I generallly get it sold.
