Specialties

There is no dought in my mind that my two specialties are the following:

  • Working with buyers.  There is no greater enjoyment then seeing a first time homebuyer achieve the American Dream of home ownership.
  • Short Sales and Forclosures.  I am constantly attending trainging and workshops to stay abreast on the ever changing requirments of Short Sales and Forclosures.  I have sucessfully closed several Short Sales and Forclosure sales and feel very confident working with the buyer, seller and lenders.

Professional Background

I am a licensed Realtor in the state of Michigan.  What this means to you is I am able to show you ANY home, regardless of who has it for sale, in most cases even For Sale By Owners.

Personal Background

Prior to becoming a Realtor I worked in the financial side of the health care industry.  Sitting behind a desk all day talking to people over the phone just wasn't my cup of tea.

When I was in high school my guidance counselor said that I would do well in sales.  At the time I just laughed.  I wish now I would have listened to her years earlier. 

 

Personal Interests

I am the wife to my awesome husband Steve and the mother to my four, very active boys

I enjoy camping with my family, volleyball, soccor and softball as well as rollerskating and swimming.  In the winter months, when not doing real estate you can usually find me working on crafts or redoing something in our home.
