Dennis Van Wieren

Hi,

I am Dennis Van Wieren. I have lived in Holland, MI. all my life. I became a licensed Builder in 1970 and until 1992, built over 300 homes and high end condos. I received my real estate license in 1984. My broker was Woodland Realty. In 1992 I decided to become a full time Realtor. I specialize in relocation, new construction, condominium projects, lot sales and upper end housing. I also am involved in waterfront real estate. In 2006 Woodland was purchased by Coldwell Banker Schmidt Companies. I am enjoying the affiliation with the Schmidt group and feel getting involved with a national franchise was the right thing to do at this time. On June 1, 2010, my wife, Shirley and I will celebrate our 42nd wedding anniversery. We have three daughters and nine grandchildren. All, unfortunately, live somewhere other than Holland. So our hobbies now include traveling to visit the grandchildren. They are fun. Other hobbies include other travel, gardening, bird watching, fishing, and reading. Injuries have eliminated marathon running, hunting, golf, and bird dog training.. I love Holland and real estate.
