I offer a complete market analysis with solds and for sales in your area adjusted to give an idea of the right price range for your property in order to sell it, not have it languish.

For buyers I offer research to find the perfect property not simply in the 'agent-only' multi-listing service, but through agent and agency calls, 'agent-only' website listings, professional magazines, and meetings. I offer at least 10 properties in or near your parameters, arrange showings of those which interest you, handle negotiations, all paperwork, details, and closings.

I am a member of the Traverse Area Association of Realtors, Michigan Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. I teach writing at NMC Community College and at Skidmore College in New York State--summer conference. I am an international marketing consultant for an Italian Food Company. First and foremost, I love my work in Real Estate here in northern Michigan.
