End of a Difficult Summer

It is September already.  The fall real estate rush is beginning--with buyers hoping to pick up on bargains, buyers anxious to make up their minds, and sellers hoping to attract a buyer in this very difficult market. Repos are doing well--but even that market is having a tough time.  Everyone says they hope things will turn around after the election.  That means not before next spring.  ...

Good times in Kalkaska

  Kalkaska will be celebrating the yearly Trout Festival this weekend.  It is a great time to come see where small town America still thrives.  The Parade is on Saturday, April 26th.  Plenty of things going on at the fair grounds, and our Coldwell Banker--Kalkaska office invites everyone to stop by for a hot dog and a tour and some small talk.
