Welcome to my Website!
Are you looking to buy a new home and sell your current one? Or are you looking into investment properties? With my help I will make sure that whatever your real estate goals are whether it be buying your first home, selling a home or even acquiring investment properties, those goals will also be mine. Furthermore, I am pleased to assist those who may be relocating out of the state or returning as with many of our military personnel. I am very knowledgeable with the VA Home Loan process as well. I promise to make your real estate dreams a reality with my attention to detail, knowledge of the market, diligence, loyalty and honesty. Most of all, I will work hard to make the entire process and experience a fun one and as smooth as possible.
Born and raised right here in Muskegon, I am one of three triplet girls and also have an older brother. I know what you are thinking, how are your parents still sane? Well, they are probably a little crazy, but aren't we all in some way?! With all kidding aside though, we are a very tight knit family and still live in the Muskegon area. After graduating from Mona Shores High School in 2004, I married my high school sweet heart Seth. He had graduated two years prior and joined the military, and so I moved to Oklahoma where he was stationed. We were very lucky in that my husband was never required to move the entire ten years that he served. Although, he did go on many deployments and TDY's. Being away from home and family was very difficult at times. What made it easier was having my little fur babies; two Jack Russell Terriers named Lexy and Milo. Finally in 2012, Seth was offered a job as a civilian contractor working for the military, and we were able to move back to beautiful Michigan. It's funny that you realize how great your hometown is when you leave. I missed Muskegon every day I lived in Oklahoma. I am so happy to be back and that my husband and I can once again call this place home, and start a new chapter in our lives.
Since I was a young child I have had a love for art and anything art affiliated. I even drew on the walls of my bedroom in marker and crayon (my parents were not very happy with that one.) Of course in high school I took every art class available. I was never completely sure of what route I would take with art, but when I moved to Oklahoma I discovered my love for floral designing. I designed for almost 8 years and worked at one of the largest flower shops in Oklahoma City. Moving back to Muskegon, I still design, but usually for just friends and family.
I decided to start school again and am attending Baker College of Muskegon for Physical Therapist Assistant. I also have some experience in the pharmaceutical world. Although I plan on graduating some time in the near future with my physical therapy degree, my one love comes down to Real Estate. I really enjoy helping people complete their real estate goals, whatever they may be.
Since moving back to Muskegon, my husband and I have also acquired several rental properties which only helps me realize my own real estate dreams.
Very easy to work with and extremely helpful. She was available to see houses at any time and was very receptive to my likes and dislikes and helped me find the perfect home.
Elizabeth was an amazing Realtor. We chose to work with her because of her knowledge with the VA Loan process.
There were several homes we put offers in on and they ended up having problems or not being able to be sold. She stuck with us and kept us up to date on each situation, and had great momentum when we wanted to check more out. She always seemed to be a step ahead.
