Professional Background
Erika is a native to the Grand Rapids Area and has earned her Associates Degree in Business Administration from Grand Rapids Community College (she has one more year to complete to obtain her Bachelors in Business Management from Davenport University). Erika also has her Real Estate Broker's license. During school, Erika joined Prudential Fase Realty as a receptionist and quickly moved up to a Realtor assistant. From there, Erika moved to be an Escrow Closer for First American Title Insurance Company and excelled into a management position. During her tenure in college, Erika was recruited by the largest law firm in Michigan as a Real Estate Paralegal. After nine plus years with Warner Norcross & Judd LLP, Erika felt it was time to move into alternative avenues of real estate and join Coldwell Banker AJT-Schmidt as an Associate Broker, as well as begin her own real estate investing company H & E Management, LLC.
