Growing up in the rural atmosphere of West Michigan, hunting the woods and fields for upland birds and whitetail deer and fishing the lakes and streams for trout and panfish were common and natural things for Fred. From a lifetime spent in the out-of-doors he has acquired a keen sense of game habits and habitats. It is no wonder that his career in real estate is combined with his love of nature.
Currently living on the Muskegon River, (Michigan's premier steelhead, salmon, and walleye fishery) and owning a cabin on the Little Manistee River, Fred enjoys fly fishing for browns in the summer and steelhead in the winter. His other passions include whitetail deer hunting and upland bird hunting with his four year old Brittany Spaniel.
It is not unusual to find Fred walking a new piece of land or checking the water for trout on a new river listing. With membership in four Multiple Listing Services he is able to locate the perfect parcel for individual buyers in an area from the Indiana state line to Traverse City and from Lake Michigan to Lansing. With approximately 5000 real estate agents in that area, there are a lot to choose from. With numerous data bases available on his computer,
