I discovered Gaylord, Michigan in 1964 while camping in the Pigeon River country and by 1978 had saved enough money to build our dream cabin in the woods in Michaywe', which is a fantastic resort community about 8 miles South of Gaylord; and by the grace of God and an understanding wife, we moved up here full time in 1988 and we still live in that dream cabin...what a great place to live.Experience
I started selling real estate in 1982 on weekends while I was Up North. At that time I decided to specialize in listing and selling properties located in Michaywe', since that is what I knew best. I have continued to do this since becoming a full time agent in 1988 and have helped hundreds of people to buy the home or lot of their dreams within the Michaywe' community. I joined the Coldwell Banker Schmidt team in July 2001 and have never looked back. What a great team to be associated with. This affiliation helped me to do over 2.3 million in sales in 2001 and over 4 million in 2002, 2003 and 2004...far exceeding my wildest dreams.My Real Estate Sales Philosophy
I sell resort and lakefront properties and believe in a low key sales approach. No high pressure, in fact most of my clients become friends and golfing partners after the sale.
