Welcome to my Website

Welcome to my website.  I started selling real estate summers in Harbor Springs in 1973.  I ha been living in Harbor Springs since I arrived as Principal of the local High School.  When Birchwood Farms Golf and Country Club started their development they also started a real estate company, Birchwood Realty.  I was hired in 1978 to be a summer sales representative as I had summers off from the school position.  In 1986 I retired from education after 32 years, 17 as principal of Harbor Springs High School.  In 2003 I along witha partner purchased Birchwood Realty and teo years later merged the company with COLDWELL BANKER SCHMIDT.  We had found that in todays crowded market place as a local real estate we could not adequatley serve our clients.  We have found this to be a great move as COLDWELL BANKER has as many or more resources available than any real estate company in the world as well as being the national leader in homes priced over $500,000.  If you are looking for real estate in our area I would be delighted to help you find your dream.
