Professional Background
Since I enjoy working with people, I find the Real Estate business fun and challenging! I have been a school teacher for 8 years and a secretary for 18 years before entering the the real estate business. My background gives me the experience needed to work with people who are wanting to buy or sell real estate. I am excited to be associated with the real estate company who is #1 in the nation and especially with Coldwell Banker Schmidt Realtors. Our office in Cadillac has won awards for being the #1 office of its size in the Northern region. The Northern region comprises 20 states in the Midwest, including 247 offices of similar size. Personal Background
This area is home to me as I have lived in the area all my life and my husband now reside on the bank of the Big Manistee River, which is something we always dreamed of. We have four children---one in France, one in New York, and two who are here in the area. We love getting them all together with their families for bar-b-ques!!! We now have two shih tzu "puppies" who fill the "empty nest syndrome" in our home.
I love to cook, sew, and travel--which we do, when we can, with our R.V. My spiritual activities are very important to me and therefore I do allow much time for those.
My background helps me to appreciate the needs and desires of those who are buying property or selling property.
