Basic Information Lenders Require from a Distressed Homeowner To Be Considered for a Short Sale....

Basic information lender(s) require for consideration of a Short Sale....

    1.  Hardship Letter.  

    2.  Income tax returns (past 2 years and first 2 pages of tax return).

    3.  Income records...pay stubs, unemployment benefit statements, etc...(past 2 months).

    4.  Financial Worksheet.

    5.  Recent mortgage statement(s) from each lender.

    6.  Copy of all bank statements (past 2 months).

Some lenders may require additional information.
