When you come this way we can look at our new township building in Torch Lake Township, Take a look at the marina in Elk Rapids. There is a continual improvement project going on there. This is a great area, come take a look.

My specialties are in residential properties, lots. We have so many waterways in this area. You have only to look on a map to see lakes, rives and the great lakes. I can find property on the water, with water access or other interesting properties.

I am a full time Realtor, and have been a Realtor for over 20 years. I am no stranger to the Torch Lake area as I live here and work in Elk Rapids office. This area is continually changing and growing. This is a great area to live.

My professional background is I have worked for a judge in Midland County, I worked for a promotion manager in Saginaw, Worked for a school administrator in Saginaw, Worked with 2 different Real state offices in Elk Rapids and Torch Lake. My present office is in Elk Rapids at the light on the north east corner.
