EXPERIENCE
I am nearing 20 years in Real Estate with the usual listing and selling of homes and vacant land as part of my business.My special interest is in helping people sell development property. I generally have one or more properties that require a developer with large as well as small capabilities. I take pride in helping people decide about going into business for themselves and developing a plan.PERSONAL
After graduating from college, I continued to take more college courses in such things as labor relations and personnel management. In addition, I took several courses in commercial real estate. I worked for General Motors Fisher Body for a few years and then went into building log homes. I subsequently purchased a small lakeside resort hotel in Northern Michigan, which I operated for nearly 20 years. After selling the resort I went into Real Estate full time.LISTING REAL ESTATE TODAY
When I list property for sale I evaluate the home and property and decide what will make it sell the quickest and best. I arrange for pictures and aerial photos where appropriate, which I use for colored brochures to assist in the sale. I am a firm believer in the need to spend money
