I have been associated with Shanty Creek since the early 1970's when I had a vacation home built at Schuss Village. Both my wife Sharon and I were educators prior to building our current residence in Summit Village.


We take pride in ownership at Shanty Creek Resorts and enjoy the abundant activities and amenities the Resort offers. I have been selling real estate for the past twenty five years and am happy to be a part of the Coldwell Banker team.  Although I am thorougly acquainted with all properties at Shanty Creek Resorts--homesites, homes, condominiums, fractional ownerships (timeshares) etc.., I am also familiar with our beautifiul surrounding lakes such as Bellaire, Clam, Intermediate, and Torch.

Personal Background

I currently live in Summit Village at Shanty Creek Resorts with my wife Sharon.  We have two married children and grandchildren.

Personal Interests

My personal interests include tennis, boating, and to a limited degree--golf.  I am an avid down hill skier and enjoy skiing at least three times a week.  And I do not have to travel very far to enjoy these activities.

Professional Background

I retired from a school district in Oakland County, Michigan where I was a classroom teacher and a high school guidance counselor.  I also have experience in public school administration.  Having pursued an undergradate degree in psychology and education, I also hold master degrees in guidance and counseling and education administration.   I find this professional background helpful in real estate sales.
