Personal Background

My husband and I combined our families in 1999.  We have what are now grown children ages 26, 25 and 22 years old.  We also have 4 grandchildren from the two oldest siblings.  My 22 year old is now a Barber in Ft. Lauderdale, FL and is busy making his career grow.  We have enjoyed watching as each young adult has grown into their own lives.  We especially enjoy having our grandaughters for a visit as they are a true joy to spend time with.  My husband and I enjoy being outdoors fishing and swimming or getting out for a ride along the lake shore on our Harley.  I truly believe West Michigan is a great place to live with the many lakes and scenic tours it has to offer and feel it is a true blessing to have lived here my entire life.   

Community Involvement

  • Raised in the same place my parents built West of Rothbury.
  • Currently, I am centrally located between Rothbury and New Era.
  • Saturdays I work with some great people at Meyer Chevrolet in New Era.
  • Very familiar with the immediate communities and surrounding area from Muskegon to Ludington.
