Open House- Yeah! (or neigh)

Spring is here, the sun is shining and Open Houses are in full swing!

Having an Open House is a lot of work for the sellers.  The Home needs to be SHOW ready, and they have to give up their Home for a few hours during the weekend.

The benefits are: the neighbors usually come to check out the home (who better to pick their own neighbor),  the buyer who has just started looking feels safe that they can come and check it out without the pressure of an official appointment.  The serious buyer who is determined to find a Home will make a day of Open Houses to find it.  (We found our Home doing just that!)

While most buyers are starting their Home search online, the majority of buyers will come into a Home (at least once) before they decide to buy it.  An Open House is a great way to invite them in!
