I graduated from Benzie Central High School in 1977. My parents owned and operated Fowler's Carpet and Furniture, where I worked part time until I eventually owned and operated the business with a partner. I was involved with a couple more very successful businesses before entering the world of real estate.

Hello, Welcome to my website. I am a long time resident of Benzie County, and have an extensive background in very successful  businesses. My family moved here in 1968, and we have been here since that time. The laid back atmosphere brought us here and kept us in this beautiful area. I personally am here to help you, whether you are selling or purchasing properties in the immediate area, or anywhere in this beautiful state of Michigan.

Personal Background

I was born quite some time ago in Lansing Michigan. My parents decided to move back to this area in 1968. Our immediate family members still reside in this area. I purchased my first home in Benzie County in 1980, and built a second home in 1989. My wife, Carol, and I have been married for 29 years and have one son, Nich. I am a retail professional of 33 years and I am here to help you with your Real Estate ventures.

Professional Background

Most of my career has been in the floor covering industry. Many of the area residents know me from when I owned and operated Fowler's Carpet and Furniture, now known as Classic Interiors & Design. The company was started by my Parents in 1975. I purchased the business from them in 1986, and took on Dennis Lorenc as an equal Partner. He still owns and operates the business today. I have always expressed strong customer service and always will for my clients. I started in the Real Estate business in 2007. I am ready and willing to help you in any way I can.
