I am Kevin Alderink. I became a member of the National Association of Realtors in the 90's when I was 21 years old. Experienced agents told me that I was young and would have to work hard to develop my career. Connecting with people came naturally. Developing my professional approach was part of the initial years of training that I took seriously. It was during those early years that I developed my personal mission statement: I strategically help people during unique times in their lives through the home buying and selling process.
People ask me what that looks like and how it can benefit them. My response is, they can expect me to walk with them through the three key stages of the home buying/selling process that I have as my core values of service.
Three Key Stages:
- Comprehensive Study
- Ongoing Analysis
- Negotiation and Litigation Limitation
My aim is to engineer exceptional experiences into all the opportunities I have, as I work with people as their Realtor. My unique value is to blend a relational experience with a highly professional approach to those I serve.
Thus, my slogan, "Don't Move Until You Call Kevin Alderink!"
To strategically help people during critcal and unique times in their lives through the home buying and selling process!

I grew up in Hamilton where I have many found memories and lasting relationships. When Londa and I got married we purchased our first home together in Zeeland. This home and the one we bought 4 years later brought to light that we are good at taking an older home that is structurally strong and redoing the entire house-- making something incredible and rewarding to call home. Buying and flipping houses and purchasing vacant lots became common practice for us everytime we found the right property.
The love of real estate and helping people achieve their home buying and selling goals is a privilege that I have had for most of my life. Over the years of being a REALTOR of choice in West Michigan I have built my business on working with referrals from satisfied clients. In fact, 90% of my business is driven from this source.
I love my family! Londa and I have been married for 16 years. I am the beneficiary of her southern roots where family, good cooking and tradition are strong. Our four children are a gift to us. We take their formative years seriously. It is a constant effort of ours to point each one toward a life of high character and built upon lasting principles.
As a family, we enjoy our friends and neighbors. Trips to Londa's home town in Georgia are important to us. It is there that we are reminded of what matters most in life-- it is our home away from home. We also enjoy vacationing in Orange Beach, Alabama. Whenever possible to take a detour and spend time walking the campus of Auburn University (War Eagle!).
Some of my favorites: Chik-fil-a, reading, Netflix, Sundays at my church, Jeep Wrangler and sunny 70 degree fall days
