MY PROFILE
I am a full time, full service agent and a Multi-Million dollar agent for Coldwell Banker Schmidt Realtors. The National Association of Realtors reports that only 6% of Realtors are Full Time service providers. Some of my past customers have praised my attention to detail and my ability to communicate with them throughout the entire transaction... and beyond. Frequently, my past clients will call me with updates on their new homes and the new lives they have begun here in Traverse City.
I have lived in Traverse City since 1979 with my husband. I attended Michigan State University and Central Michigan University. I have a Bachelor's Degree and I am a Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan. I have raised two wonderful children who are off to college. I am a graduate of Coldwell Banker's advanced training and hold the designation of Certified Negotiation Specialist. I have completed the Graduate Realtor Courses I and II, and III. I hold the desigation of Graduate GRI. I have also completed the Previews Certification Course and Certification which will be an asset in my efforts to Market and Promote Luxury homes in the Region. In addition, I have most recently been desigated as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES). As a nationally recognized SRES, I can help seniors to make wise decisions about selling the family home, buying rental property, managing the capital gains and estate tax implications of owning real estate. I have acheived the level of Asssociate Broker.
My outside interests include tennis, pickle-ball, walking and kayaking on beautiful West Grand Traverse Bay. I am a member of the Traverse City Golf and Country Club, the Grand Traverse Yacht Club, the YMCA and Business Networking International Chapter 3. I am also past co-chair for the Three Generation Circle of Women Givers, which is a philanthropy group here in the Traverse Region.
