Lynne Delling

  My career began as an elementary school teacher for the Bellaire Public Schools from 1966 - 1968.  After raising our son, Scot, I went to work for Passageways Travel Agency in Traverse City, Michigan as a Reservation Specialist for RSVP, a unique division of the travel world centered around Hotels & Motels, Cottages & Bed and Breakfast Inns around Traverse City area vacation spots.  I helped set up another vacation reservation service known as Accommodations Inc. which focused on expanding the area served and emphasized the cottage and cabin rentals on our surrounding Michigan waterfront properties. 

  In the late 1980's I began selling real estate for Regency Real Estate located in Bellaire, Michigan and later became the Managing Broker for that agency until it was sold to Coldwell Banker Schmidt Realtors in 1993. Now I, my husband Jerry, and our son, Scot are honored to be part of the fine, family owned company of Coldwell Banker Schmidt Realtors.  The three of us work as a team to provide our clients and customers with 'Unparalleled Service x 3'.
