Welcome to my Website
"Helping people make good decisions."
My desire is to help each person I work with, make good decisions. This comes after considering each persons present situation, and balancing that with their needs, desires, goals and dreams for the future.
Education and Professional Background
In 1983 I graduated from Western Michigan University. My degree was in aviation with an emphisis in business. Over the years I have had the privilege of being trained and flying all different kinds of aircraft. I also developed an increasing interest in real estate. I have owned rental property and built a couple of homes. I have earned both my Builders and Real Estate Licenses.
On June 30th 2013 my "bride" and I celebrated 29 years of marriage. We have also been blessed with two very special children. My son will graduated From Spring Arbor at the end of this summer, 2013. My daughter is presently working on a masters program for piano performance. (I admit my judgement on this issue is not without biases.) My family is truly a great treasure to me.
In spring when the sun starts warming the waters in our area I can hardly wait until I slide our boat off the trailer and into the water. The opening day for walleye will arrive soon, but mostly this sets the stage for boating, tubing, skiing, and alot of snorkeling and swimming. I also enjoy starting the motorcycle and taking a sight seeing tour of the beautiful scenery we have in the area. As the summer gives way to the beautiful colors of shimmering aspens, red maples and yellow birch leaves, you might catch me grabbing my bow and heading out to the woods. Eventually the winds shift more from the north and rain changes to snow and that can only mean several months of down hill skiing.
I love living here.
I am presently helping start a church in Grand Rapids. This is something I never saw coming. But my wife and I are having fun. I have enjoyed teaching children's church, working with youth, young married, small groups, teaching class, and being involved in leadership.
