WHEN YOU OPEN YOUR MOUTH AND REALIZE WHAT COMES OUT OF IT IS A REFLECTION OF WHO THE PERSON YOU ARE TALKING TO WILL THINK ABOUT YOU.
In other words, while you are talking, the other person is thinking and trying to decide who you are.
Also whether they are going to be doing business with you or NOT. Also whether they will take another step with you or not.
So try to say less words, and make the few you actually say mean more. It's how we connect and moves us towards a connection or relationship or NOT. It's what in sales we call, a connection of communication.
