I offer sellers an individualized marketing plan tailored to their price bracket and location plus a complete market analysis with solds and for sales in your area adjusted to give an idea of the right price range for your property in order to sell it, not have it languish.

For buyers I offer research to find the perfect property not simply in the 'agent-only' multi-listing service, but through agent and agency calls, 'agent-only' website listings, professional magazines, and meetings. I offer properties in or near your parameters, arrange showings of those which interest you, handle negotiations, all paperwork, details, and closings.
