G-P property closing delayed

Sunday's TVC Record Eagle reported that the Glawe purchase of the G-P property, scheduled to close last Thursday was delayed.

 

According to th article, one or more parties was not to complete the neccesary documents in order to close. While a new date was not set, at least Jeff Ratcliffe, executive director of the economic alliance, is shooting for a month-end closing.

 

Ken Glasser predicts that activity will begin within days of the closing.
