Welcome to my Website
Realtor
I have lived in the Cadillac area for almost twenty years, and have three fantastic children. I grew up along the St Clair River, in Algonac Michigan. After serving three years in the U.S.Marine Corps i opened a construction company and was a general contractor for almost 18 years, which during that time i also received my real estate license in 1979 and sold mostly for myself. In 1997 i took my first appraisal class and in 2001 decided to re-activate my real estate license.I have the drive still today to do my best when it comes to selling your home, and a commitment to my buyers to work to the best of my ability to make the purchase of your home an experience that is not only enjoyable, but also to negotiate for you the best possible price that you can afford .My commitment to you is to put your home in the best possible light to the public, and to have you as a lifelong client! "Lets Talk Business"
Personal Background
I grew up along the St Clair river and enjoyed playing hockey just about everynight of the week, or until my
parents would make me come in for the night so i could get some sleep for school. I also loved to fish, fish
and fish. Nothing better than a fresh walleye dinner that you caught yourself ! I was an avid boater and learned
how to navigate the currents of the shipping lanes. Yes there is a trick to it and you should know the river before
you take the trip. I am also a certified scuba diver and had alot of fun over the years looking for old bottles
and whatever else we could find at the bottom. I beleive that growing up on the large rivers of Michigan has given
an insight of lakes and rivers. I take pride in showing lakefront homes with my experience that i have gained.

Professional Interests
I think its important to give back to your community. This year i have made a commitment to myself to help out with different organizations to do my part in making people feel just a little better about themselves, especially with the slight downturn in the overall economic conditions that have put a hardship on some of our local residents. So far i have raised money to help with the local MDA organization to send a child in need to camp this summer and raised over $300.00 for this cause. Kids are special and they need all of the help that we can give to them. So when you wake up today, think of what you can do to make someones life just a little better. Just start with a smile !
