   #1. Ask a realtor for some refferals to a lending institution so you can get pre-quailified for the purchase of your home. This will save you time and money in the long run during your search. This is a very easy procedure to do. You will know what you can afford once this is completed.

   #2 Great! You have been pre-qualified and now its time to choose a realtor to help you find your dream home! Dont be afraid to ask questions when interveiwing a realtor, such as how long have you been selling real estate? Do you have anyone that we can call, such as a refferal. Banks are great to ask about a realtor, and also title companys, as they work with most of the realtors in your area. Sit down with your realtor and see if you have that comfort zone feeling. Usually trust yourself, as to how you feel about the communication when you are talking with him or her.

   #3 Once you start to look at homes, again ask questions about the home. Check on schools, bussing, shopping, employment. Hire an inspector if you write an offer on the home.
