While being involved in business much of my life, I understand all sides of commercial real estate as well as residential, up north get-aways and vacant land. I believe in educating buyers & sellers with as much information as possible and taking the no pressure approach and let people decide what will work the best for them.

Welcome to my Website

Born and raised in the Detroit area in Southfield, Mi & graduated from Southfield High School. Moved to the Cadillac area in l975 and opened Pete's Place (party store & gas station.) After owning the business for 13 years I decided to pursue another career and sold the business and started building custom homes. While I was a builder I became involved in real estate on a part time basis. After 10 years as a builder, I decided to pursue real estate full time and phased out of the building industry. I enjoy real estate on a full time basis in an ever changing market. I have recently decided to further my education and have acquired my Brokers License and am also a licensed builder.

Personal Background

I have been married to my wife Debbie for 23 years and have one son P.J. who is 21.  I enjoy playing hockey, hunting and fishing.  I feel the Lord has given each of us unique talents and means by which to serve Him.  I have chosen to use my God given talents to serve Him by treating all people with honesty and integrity.
