Trends in the market

The real estate market is always changing!  We are still in a "buyers" market, but the latest trend is buying Real Estate Owned by the lender ( REO).  You may know theses homes by the common name as bank owned or foreclosures.  Even in West Michigan, we are facing may homes owners that can no longer stay in their home for many different reasons.  In order meet the demand of people wanting more information on bank owned homes, I track the Multiple Listing System (MLS) looking for new listings. I send out a email a few times a week and also include the latest interest rates, information about getting pre qualified and an other information that may be helpful when buying a home for the first time.

If you are interested in getting updated information on foreclosed homes, please drop me a message and I will add you to my distribution list.
