Professional Background
I began my real estate career in 2005, and after three years with the company where I started, I joined Coldwell Banker AJS Schmidt in August of 2008, because I wanted to be part of a thoroughly professional firm with integrity, stability, and an excellent reputation. I respect and enjoy the office leadership and the other real estate professionals with whom I work. I have earned the At Home with Diversity certification, and have completed transactions involving single-family homes, income properties, and leases. My past successes show that I am able to work well with people who speak English as a second language and are new to American culture. I have worked a great deal with first-time home buyers, as well as with seasoned home owners. I am always available to answer questions, obtain information, and give other help, always without cost or obligation.
Professional Interests
I like to see well-crafted, well-maintained homes in all price ranges, and I appreciate many different kinds of architecture and building styles. I am interested in Habitat for Humanity, and have supported several projects. In the future I would like to serve on the Board of the Grand Rapids Association of Realtors, and also to be a member of one of the Committees. One of my goals is to improve the reputation of the real estate profession in general, and of Coldwell Banker and our office in particular. Especially when individuals and the general economy are struggling, it is imperative that realtors serve their clients with integrity, that they are as knowledgeable as possible about their market, and that they provide expert, sound advice to their clients. I am constantly working to be such a realtor.
