Bank owned real estate, the deal.

Many buyers are furstrated with the pricing dynamics of the Bank Repo.  Often times buyers are still low balling the offer not realizing the banks have already taken the pricing hit and have actually priced it to sell.  If you want it, buy it.  Offer more than list and sleep well.
