     My long term interest in the field of Real Estate had its origin when I acquired my first rental property several years ago.  Since that time my efforts have been spent marketing residential and recreational properties in Benzie & Manistee Counties.                                                                                                                                               As each Realtor has their favorite niche, my area of particular expertise lies in the sale/listing of waterfront properties with particular empasis on the Betsie River where I am regarded as the local "Maven".  My long affiliation with the river in both ownership and sales attests to my sucess in that arena.  
     I am experienced in the service industry and have owned and operated a vacation home on the Betsie River for 14 years.
     I am a full time Realtor and member of the National, Traverse City and Michigan Association of Realtors and have certification as a negotiation specialist.  My goal is to answer all your real estate questions that will help you make informed decisions in all your real estate transactions.
