My long term interest in the field of Real Estate had its origin when I acquired my first rental property several years ago. Since that time my efforts have been spent marketing residential and recreational properties in Benzie & Manistee Counties. As each Realtor has their favorite niche, my area of particular expertise lies in the sale/listing of waterfront properties with particular empasis on the Betsie River where I am regarded as the local "Maven". My long affiliation with the river in both ownership and sales attests to my sucess in that arena.
I am experienced in the service industry and have owned and operated a vacation home on the Betsie River for 14 years.
I am a full time Realtor and member of the National, Traverse City and Michigan Association of Realtors and have certification as a negotiation specialist. My goal is to answer all your real estate questions that will help you make informed decisions in all your real estate transactions.

The main thrust of my business has been the residential sector mainly water related properties--thus I have been termed "The Maven of the Betsie River". Another area of interest in which I have enjoyed success is listing & sale of acreage tracts which have outstanding aesthetic appeal.

Personal Background
Prior to moving "up north" I spent my earlier years in the Flushing area raising a family while pursuing my interest in the vocational arts, teaching at the local colleges. As the asphalt glacier approached it became evident that Benzie County had more opportunities not only social & economic but the allure of nuptal waters for kayaking and unlimited trails for hiking & x-country skiing was compelling.
