What Will 2013 Mean For The Housing Market in West Michigan?

HousingInventory032012_D_20120416165947Over the holidays as I attended gatherings and parties I was often asked about what the housing market would do in 2013.  The resurgence of the real estate market in West Michigan has been rather significant and robust due to low interest rates, decreased inventory levels and, more recently, some incentive money from the state for buyers who have not owned homes in 3 years.
