Summer/Fall 2014 - Downtown Traverse City real estate was hot all summer long. The average length of time for homes on the market in the $150,000 - $350,000 price range is not very long. I was working with a recent buyer for several months to find the perfect home - finally the one featured in the photo came on the market. We went to see the house on the first day it was listed and wrote the sales contract that day!
