The Christmas season is upon us in the beautiful Montague and Whitehall areas. The snow is falling and the lights are shining. How exciting is that?
This month is a Blue Moon month! A blue moon is the second full moon in a single month. There are only twenty five of them every 100 years. It will appear on December 30, 2009, so if you want something to happen in a "Blue Moon" now is the time to do that special something.
Stay warm this holiday season and get outside. There are plenty of things to do here in West Michigan. Cross country ski, snowmobile, as well as hunting and fishing. I have been outside muzzle loading. The whitetail deer are still wondering around in the woods, so if you didn't get your big buck yet there is still time.
Merry Christmas to everyone, and to all a good night!
